Privacy.

If you submit the contact form we receive the name, company, email address, phone number, area of interest, region and message you provide. Nothing else is collected through the form.

If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records standard usage information — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. This is not linked to the details you submit through the form.

Contact details are used to reply to your enquiry and to continue the conversation if it becomes an engagement. We do not sell them, rent them, or pass them to third parties for marketing.

Analytics data is used to understand which parts of the site are useful. It is aggregated and is not used to identify individual visitors.

Form submissions are delivered by email and recorded in a private Google Sheet accessible only to Coventry Consulting Services. Google acts as our processor for both.

Spam filtering on the form uses Google reCAPTCHA, which is governed by Google’s own privacy policy and terms.

No analytics or advertising cookies are set until you accept them. Declining leaves the site fully functional — the consent choice itself is stored in your browser so you are not asked again on every page.

You can clear that choice at any time by clearing site data in your browser.

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to the address below and we will respond.
